La Vache Enragee by Toulouse-Lautrec
Toulouse-Lautrec was a major influencer in the graphic explosion of the 19th century. Known for his posters, fine art lithographs and painting, Lautrec's innovative aesthetic resonated with the spirit of his time and is admired to this day. Jane Avril was one of the famous entertainers at the Moulin Rouge. This lithograph was part of the Exposition d'Affiches Artistiques in Reims in 1896 and was the cover of the Toulouse-Lautrec Exhibition catolog in Paris in 1903.
