Seated Woman by Pablo Picasso

It not only show cased his lithography and high quality color reproductions of his key paintings but also introduced his most recent innovations with ceramics and sculpture that he created with vigor in the South of France. This Verve issue is arguably the best single documentation of his work at this very innovative period of his career experimenting in multiple artistic media, establishing him as one of the great modern artists of the 20th century.
